Blessings flow all around us.  Life showers you with gifts.  When everything seems to go our way, it’s easy to see that the universe is conspiring on our behalf. Yet even in challenging times, if you open yourself to receive it, grace will flow to you. Often, difficulties such as pain, fear and hurt distract our attention away from remembering our blessings. For these times, various practices can help create a connection to grace.

Grace is a state of mind.   Since the mind emerges from the brain and body, this site is all about optimizing the brain and body.

Grace is available at all times.  That said, it is MUCH easier to experience grace when one is healthy, when relationships are friendly, and when one is not preoccupied with chasing resources for survival.
